Going from 230 to 260 Hp should be worth about 2/10ths to 3/10ths in the quarter. Not much difference, since other things such as reaction time, tires, lane choice/road conditions and general engine tune can account for the same amount. I am new to Saabs, having recently traded my slightly modified Z28 for an AERO. Off the line, any high powered muscle car...be it a camaro, vette, 545i, m3, mustang GT etc will blow away a Saab. I know, been there done that. However, on the highway or open road the Saab seems like it can run with any car in its class ie A6, 530i, ACURA TL, G35, CTX etc. If it was my money, I would leave the motor alone, since the performance improvements are relatively minor, and put it into suspension upgrades. I think you would enjoy this enhancement much more.
My 2 cents.
Tim
