Because of the recall, you can now buy a brand new V6 ignition cassette for $198.00 retail.
One year ago before the recall, the owner being in the same situation needing an IDM had to plunk out $443.00.
So the recall kind of spill down to help even the cars outside of its coverage.
More important in your case.
Try to remove each IDM and check the manufacturing date. If they both are new or newer style, the problem might be elsewhere.
The photo is of red and black IDMs but the principle of the tag is the same.
Just look for if the version is a TK 4.4 (old), or a TK 4.6 which is the latest.
