SAAB USA has decided to replace my rear shocks to fix my sagging wagon. Do shocks affect ride height? I thought that the springs did. My service manager says that if the shocks don’t fix it, then they will replace the springs. This seems like a waste of labor to me. I have a CPO 2003 Linear wagon.
