I own a 2004 Aero wagon with 39K miles and love it. The 2004 changed the grill to a more aggressive appearance that I like. Apparently it does not have the same potential sludge issues as 2003 and previous years. It does not have the weather band that is on my wife's 2003 Aero sedan. The only thing repaired under warranty has been the ACC blower after it developed a squeal. No unusual tire wear issues as my original Pirelli Rossos lasted 30K miles and I replaced them with another set of Rossos because I liked them so much. Great traction and handling.
