but not a torque wrench. I just use a little dab of the silver anti-seize and torque by hand until they are all snugged down. Then give each a bit more until it feels "right," just using a cross-bar type wheel wrench that's maybe 20" across. "Right" doesn't seem all that tight, but if I check it with a torque wrench it's right around 85-90 pounds. I never have to re-torque and I've never had a wheel come loose. And other than corrosion on the rim and hub facing because I forgot to clean them and put on a corrosion preventative, I've rarely had an issue getting them off.
BUT if a dealer or tire place does it it's another matter. I always loosen and retorque wheels if any tech has worked on one of our cars.
