and I have found a huge spike in my MPG. I usually drive around 75 on the hwy and I made a concerted effort to drive at the posted limits and I now have jumped from 22 mpg with mixed 30% city / 70% hwy driving to 29 mpg. And it still seems to be climbing. All this within the last 5 days.
Not only am I saving money and gas, but I feel a bit more relaxed when entering the office and coming home. Plus, it seems my commute times are unchanged. Go figure. Thank God for cruise control to keep the lead foot in check. It is still uncomfortable at times to go 65 when everyone is passing me at 80, but I'll adjust.
