My nornmal cruising speed has always been 75+ (indicated), but I have been trying to slow it down to 65-70, so I use cruise control, or the SPD-W if in heavier traffic.
Try to keep it at 67 but before long *DING* *DING* *DING*! - it often ends up at 70, then 72 if I am driving for work... LOL, still, my mpg is up from 26.5 overall to 28+.
I do find it more relaxing - I suppose because less concentration is required and one has to adopt a less competitive attitude to make it work.
