Dealer will not even scan the car for free. They claim they only did a service replacement part. They admit they never checked the TWICE unit. They claim the TWICE can fail without any codes or way to verify it is TWICE.
My understanding is that dealer B should have thoroughly evaluated the problem to determine why dealer A's fix didn't work. This is 100% prescription without diagnosis as others have suggested. SaabUSA will say go pay for a diagnosis that should have been free and then Saab will consider what pittance to throw my way.
