Paying the extra 10-15 dollars a month for 93 is worth it. Good quality fuel does help to keep the insides clean. We have had some minor problems in central VA with fuel having ethanol rates as high as 13%. This has caused some problems with carbon build up downstream from the turbo. It can cause carbon build up on the o2 sensor. Rough idle, poor fuel economy, and highway hiccups are some of the symptoms. I just replaced both fuel and air filters and it has helped. Also added a product called 44k, purchased from dealer to deal with the carbon build up, that has worked really well. This is also afflicting other high performance european vehicles in the 02-05 range.
