Hi John, It was a bad alternator. Bad right out of the box from Bosch. Anyway, the parts store replaced it and the new one works fine. We will replace the main positive cable that goes from battery to starter. I am not happy with the splicing we had to do on it. I have ordered a new cable to the tune of $161.50. Now we are trying to figure out what all has to come off to put on a new serpentine belt? We have the front tire off and the dust sheild so we see those pulley but it looks like a black tube on the left front of the engine will have to come off to get to the pulley that is right under it. Am I correct on this. Thank you for all of your help. Kim
