... will be the right term after my ECU update. Especially acceleration right from the start in first gear is so fast, that the short ratio of the first gear doesn't make sense at all anymore.

I did some few acceleration tests last weekend and it was easy for me to meet the values in the magazine "auto,motor&sport" for times 60-100 km/h in 4th (7 secs) and 80-120 km/h in 5th (below 11 secs). 0-100 km/h time was difficult to obtain (9,3 sec in test), as my best result was just slightly over 10 secs - although I wasted at least 3 secs when shifting smoothly and also, the engine has a 0,5 sec thinkover on sudden full throttle at the start (I didn't play with higher rev and clutch).

But this last 0-100 acceleration value doesn't make much sense.
More important are the less than optimal gear ratios for the given power and torque, as first gear is definitely far too short, second still too short (and maybe fifth already too long as nobody, except people in Germany, will ever reach the top speed).

Well, still some room to improve. Nevertheless, a great car, this one.
