I can't believe they even post bios like that. It's like they *want* us to know that their reviews are basically written by people who know next to nothing about cars, so why would anyone listen to them? It'd be like asking my mother which computer to buy.

Regarding the Saab's reviewer:

"Erin readily admits that her background is not automotive in the least -- her parents owned a Fiat and a Pinto concurrently in the late 1970s and she probably paid too much for the aged Camry. But she reads and drives everyday and drags just enough of her job home each night to sicken her partner. Besides vehicles, her interests tend toward books, cake, fragmented films and vegetables."

Great, Erin. I guess that qualifies you to review books, restaurants, and films, too.

"Erin drives a 1995 Nissan 240SX equipped with an automatic transmission."

Frankly, I think that says it all.
