There are a lot of V6 posts in the database. If you can afford an Aero - get one. If you are still considering the 4 vs the 6, here are some pros & cons of the V6:
The V6 only comes in an automatic, if you want manual, you have to get a 4.
V6 is considerably faster in sport mode than the 4, especially in the 30 - 60 mph range for passing power.
The sounds people refer to is just a matter of taste. The V6 sounds a bit rumbly - the 4 a bit whinier.
The V6 gets much worse gas mileage than the 4
The V6 has proven to be a very reliable engine - it is not the same V6 used by Saab years ago. The Auto transmission is made by a respected manufacturer in japan, and is used in Lexus' as well. The Saab purist stuff... I don't know. You are driving a car, not a history lesson. You want "history" get an Olds, they've been around for over a 100 years!
