with the P1300.. I would first check the obvious, and see if the intake tube into the top of the throttle body is securely connected.. They've been known to pop off from time to time cause that issue..
Otherwise, not DIC, CPS sensor and plugs would be obvious things to check...
The insulation on the wires internal to the throttle body, are known to disintegrate from the constant heat cycles over time.. as well...
