I remember reading here that one of the ACC mixer flaps will NOT set a fault code if its mechanism is stuck or defective--therein may lie your solution?
OR maybe they need to change your ACC thermostat? I like the cabin cooler than most folks and 64'F or 66'F during the winter is usually fine for me.
Something is definitely wrong with yours, keep on them until they fix it... just because there are no fault codes stored doesn't mean something's not broken. I when dealers give that excuse!!
