There are only so many different additives being used.
Different brands may have different additive mixes, and it is likely that the synthetic will have a different additive mix from the dino.
Motorcycle Consumer News did a series on motorcycle oils last year, and they showed the various amounts of the various additives being used in dozens of oils. Maybe I can dig that out and summarize how the ratio of additives are varied between the different oils. But they still all mix additives.
There is no basic incompatibility between a modern full synthetic oil, and a conventional oil, so no harm, other than a possible additive dilution, can occur from blending them.
I'm not advocating the mixing of oils, but don't worry if it happens. Wait 3, 5, 10 thousand miles or so and replace.
