I was working with the factory service rep today on your problem, no B.S. I have calls into both your #'s and even paged you. I was going to offer to come and get your car if you couldn't make it in for the rep to listen, but looks like I'm a little late.

I will still pick your car up for you sometime to try and get you back into the fold, or perhaps there's some other "make up" item I or we can do for you? That is if you meant what you said. You will always be perfectly welcome to try someone else for the tough issues, or be more patient while we track it down for you as I was doing today, but I would hate so see you go hours out of your way for routine stuff.

You had a very unusual problem. Nobody on this BB could help either or ever had a similar problem. We were partially correct in that there was no mechanical failure, malfunction or safety issue, no gaping hole in the intake tract for example, but that is in no way a justification for not finding the problem.

I am sincerely glad there was a problem to find and that you are happy with your Saab automobile. I apologize for the "crazy" remark, some of my best friends are a little crazy.

Sometimes your best is just not good enough. We won't stop trying.
