That's my job, and that's the job of a lease.
But if your gonna' have 80k on a three year old car than buying it for the residual value that only reflects 45-60k is gonna' hurt even more. At the time of the buy out the residual/buyout will be compared to the Blue Book value and you'll probably need a substantial down payment to close the gap created by the ultra high mileage.
Any car you lease or for that matter a car you buy with 60 months financing that you're gonna' put 80k on in three years will be financial problem anyway. You're not investing in the car near as fast as you're using it up.
