to properly tension the pulley for T-belt?
And how to properly align the upper and lower idler pulley?
It's a weird system with many moveable parts, and all of them have to in synch for the tensioner to work properly.
I have only seen belts jumping when the pulleys where out of synch or that some outside debris made its way between the belt and sprockets.
Is the rubber seal on timing cover intact?
Make sure to find the problem before the belt decide to jump more than 2 teeth. It could be costly
