Most of these issues should have been addressed by the dealer during the deliver process. I assume that CPO has a similar delivery procedure as the new cars, where it should take some two hours to cover everything. But I'll do the easy ones: 13 and 14.

13. Fog lights are intended as a supplement for low beam only. This may be legislated, but it's also common sense. If you're looking 3000 feet out (as you should be with the high beams), what's going on in the first 15 feet in front of the car should not be your concern.

14. from "radio" when I put a CD in, it just plays the CD. From tape ... I don't know. The radio can select from one source to another, just by pressing "src" on the steering wheel or a similar button on the radio. It also accomodates a changer if so installed. Mine seems to pick up right where it ended if the CD is playing and I cycle the power. But a couple or three seconds, I probably wouldn't notice...

15: On "sport", in your car, the transmission shift points are altered to allow for more -er- sporty driving. On later cars, the throttle is also more sensitive. I use "sport" in heavy traffic, or in passing situations on 2 lane roads. A lot of people use it all the time.
"winter" allows the car to start in 3rd gear, a benefit when pulling away on very slippery roads. Why they need that along with traction control, I don't know, but it's there. I've never used it. Perhaps by preventing downshifts to second or 1st while under way, it eases the tendency to lose control in very slippery, low speed driving. I am trained by 32 years of winter driving, and I don't ever use "winter" mode, just a light foot.
