I have a 2000 9-5 aero with 66K miles. It has been great so far. I just got back from a 2.5K road trip with no problems. I love how this car drives. My other car is a Nissan 350Z, it handles amazingly, but the Saab is a better (more practical) day to day car that is just as much fun to drive. Saabs, like every other car designed and built by humans, are not perfect. I've had many other Japenese cars with some little problems as well. There is no such thing as a perfect car. The majority of posts here are complaints because most people just want to find a fix for their car problems. There is no motivation to constantly post positive messages (although I wish people would).

Check out the 9-5 with all the other reliable cars!

Remember: preventative maintenance will save you more money and headaches than fixing a problem after it appears.
