I've had 17 Saabs over the past 33 years...at least one of almost all models, including now a 98 900 and 1999 9-5. I've found all to be generally very reliable....that is, they've got me where I wanted to go and back again without having to have them towed home. None, however, have been trouble free, but the troubles have usually been something you can live with till repairs can be made. These bulletin boards, while maybe being a bit depressing on focusing on problems, have been a great help in finding solutions and problem trends.
