The best advice I can give you is to read, read, read, right here. But don't forget that people post here with issues and questions, we don't often hear from all the people out there who love their Saabs and have no problems. Compared to other European cars, upkeep and reliability should be good (do a search on "reliability"). There were a lot of changes starting with the '02, tighter suspension, sport seats, optional xenons, more hp, 5 sp. automatic.
Good Luck,
AeroLady
