Hello,

I am former owner of 4 Saab 900's over the last 12 years and a previous user of this site. Natuarally when contemplating buying another Saab I need the advice of the experts! So, here is the situation and questions. I want to replace a Volvo wagon with a used 9-5 wagon. I would appreciate knowing the following:

1) Can I expect problems with the DI Casette in a model that was built between 2000-2001?

2) Are there any common problems I can expect with this model, particularly if it has 60,000k or more? I have experienced bad A/C systems, strut problems, little oil leaks, some electrical gremlins and bad thermostats in some previous models.

3)I have purchased Saab's with high mileage in the past i.e. 120,000 miles. Should I avoid this scenario with a 9-5?
