I have 2 Saabs on my account and they are extremly thurough.
I just checked and it has the complete remove and replace procedure for handbrake.
The DIY subscription is $24.95/year for 1st car and $10 after that.

I highly recommend it. I recently removed the engine, replaced rings, and replaced the engine all with the data on their website. You can print off the procedure and throw it away when your done and it's all greasy.

The website also maintains all service bullitens and recall info. It then gives you the factory instructions to address that bulliten.

It the best $25 I ever have spent on this car.
