okay you guys here's what 's keeping me busy. On Monday I got the mirror reglued. That was successful. And I tightened the easy end of that lower radiator hose. Of course I wondered if the reason it was leaking from that end was due to the front of the car being raised. (I ws going to see if I could reaceh the front end of that hose from underneath.) (no) It did't happen right away but soon the front end was leaking again and I had no choice but to once again wrestle all those alligators and undo the fan to get everything out of the way to get thr front of that hose secured. I only have to learn that lesson once, believe me!
So NOW...since I never get all the cooling fan pronblelms solved (remember it DIDN'T run after I took the realy AND the thermoswitch out of the loop! ) It's running now but I realize that my next chore HAS to be to check that circuit and clean that ground. But what after that? I've been reading all these posts about the tranny oil and thinking mine hasn't been changed since I got the car and I no longer believe anything the previous owner said. Also I'm noticing lots of oil around my cam shaft cover..so I'm thinking I should clean that off and watch to see if it's a rapid thing or a slow leak. It may just need tightening down? Or new O rings? I'm seeing smoke from my exhaust for the first time, also. The headlinner has been out since I bought the car. I'd really like to get around to that but I hear it will be a big chore because I'll have to remove the front seats. and ahve help, no doubt..

So which thing should I be most concerned about?
