The Bentley manual has detailed instructions. Replacing the rack is reasonable DIY. It's just turning bolts. A set of flare end wrenches helps. The bad part about the job is the fact that things generally get pretty greasy down there so spend some time in the car wash if you can and clean everything in the vicinity as well as possible. Be sure it's not just loose hose fittings that are leaking before you commit to the job.
The PS pump comes out the top per the Bentley instructions. The exception is that you've got to remove it from the bracket to get it to clear the obstacles and undoing the screws that hold it can be a pain. However, if it's not leaking and is otherwise working OK, I wouldn't bother replacing it at this time.
Spring the $45 for the Bentley manual, it's worth it.
