Car sat 1 week now runs bad? (long)

Hello everyone I don't post too often but would greatly appreciate any advice on this one.
I recently bought an 88 SPG (maybe) with a bad tranny.
Replaced with tranny from my old 86 which had an unfortunate incident with a guardrail.
Last week I finally finished the job, and had it running relatively well,
(off the first try, whoo-hoo) sounded nice everything was OK still neded some tuning but good enough.
The car sat for a week while I was busy with other stuff, and I go to finish it up tonight and now the motor is running like crap.
If i give it gas it has to work its way up ever so slowly and seems to be working a hell of a lot for 3000rpm.
If i give it gas too fast it cuts out.
I think I might be missing a few cylinders as there is no affect when I pull the wires for the injectors on all but cylinder 1 (maybe 4 I dunno whichever is furthest from firewall.
Before that I was wondering since it sat a total of 2 months while I replaced tranny, gas might have been bad as well, poured in from 1/8 up to 3/4 tank and added dry gas. Right now I don't know what the hell is going on. ANy Ideas? Thanks
