Thanks Doug,
When I posted that I let the car run for a while with the new gas,
about 45 minutes.
It started to come up nicely and I think all the cylinders are operating OK, as when I pulled the injector wires one by one they all gave a noticeable difference, though some not as much as others, #2 was the last to come up.
Anyway, I took it for its first spin since the tranny and it seemed good power wise, the alignment was horrible though.
One problem though was that it shuddered quite dramatically on harder acceleration and then levelled out a bit.
so my question: Think this is still a fuel problem with the shudder, and would it be as simple as the bad gas in the first place, and now it needs a filter?
Thanks again
Rick,
and BTW where can I get one of those books, sounds like plenty of info.
