There are spacers that you have to use when taking the axles out. IF you dont have them, it will be very hard to get them out. I learned the hard way.
It will take a lot longer to do if everything is grimy and rusty, but it shouldnt take more than 3 days I would say. Goes fast until you run into stupid problems.
