Thanks kooch, let's see..... >you are idling fine and then all of a sudden the lights will start to come on? Yes, but the lights are dimmed, not bright, close to what might be seen with a stalling engine but without the rpm drop. Wouldn't turning on the AC drop the rpms if the AIC was bad? Doesn't hurt to clean the AIC anyway so will doit!
Last night I ran through all the tests I could, checked all the alternator and bat. wiring, clutch "window" probe all looks good, sensor OK, AMM within spec., or as has been in the past and running just fine. Looking forward to this morning to see what happens with a cold start. Otherwise this car is headed to the shop, Doc's, tomorrow morning... the clutch/tranny noise really has me more concerned than the dash lights but there has to be some connection. I'll keep up here.
