New Girling master cylinder from Saab the first time, the second time a new Girling (same part as the one in the Saab box) from Olympic or some such aftermarket supplier. I didn't want to risk the second new m/c going south from the Castrol LMA. Fool me once, etc. I won't use Castrol LMA in my Saab(s) again. And I will recommend against it to everyone I know...Castrol wouldn't cover the m/c replacement (said the seals were incompatible with LMA DOT4...duh!...that's why I had to replace the OEM that had lasted many years and miles as well as the new Girling that lasted six-eight months. Castrol Syntec (another fine product from Castrol) is also not recommended; fails NOACK volatility test as badly as dino oil.
