You need a vacume pump. There are 2 types. One has an electric motor built in to run the pump. I have this type, around $200. The other is a veturey type and requires the use of an air compressor, never used one but they cost way less IF you have a compressor. You may want to make the repair (and add oil) yourself, cheap insurance to replace the filter drier too, and take it in to have a vacume pulled and filled. If you don't know if the system was flushed, a garden spryer from the hardware store and a gallon of brake parts cleaner will do the trick. Again an air compressor helps to blow the cleaner out when you are done. Some have tried using a shop vac, I wouldn't recommend it due to the explosion hazard from its electric motor. Another thought has been to use engine vacume to suck out the solvent, but I'd worry about my O2 sensor.
