Dude, the guy is roland of brooklyn. you must know him because you live in bklyn too. Ive never been to his shop, have you? he sounds like a nice enough guy over the phone. At the moment there really are no major problems with the car, i am just reacting to the p/o saying 'it wouldnt pass emissions but roland did something and now its fine' then talked to roland and he said '..yea i remember the car, probably needs a new turbo..' I asked him if it would pass in Virginia and he said he had no idea.
