It goes into the small vacuum hose that goes into the black 2-port fitting on the valve cover. You'll need to cut the hose 3 or so inches from the black fitting and insert the check valve there. Flow should go from the valve cover to the intake manifold and be stopped in the reverse direction. (not to sound bad, but that's the "check" function of the check valve - stopping flow in one direction) If there's not an arrow on the fitting indicating the direction of flow, blow through the fitting to see which way it goes.
