The center console has screws under shifter boot if I recall correctly.
For lower console and knee bolster you must remove rubber spacer between center console and cubby. Two screws under there. Must remove ash tray and the 10 mil bolt behind it. Then the bigger bolt that remains after the 10 ash tray mount is out. In my '94 conv. it's a tight fit to get the lower console out once the two screws and the ash tray bolt are out. Be careful or the mounting tabs can break.
Knee bolster is held on by the center bolt behind ash tray and one bolt at each end accessed through engine compartment. Open hood and look at the firewall near the windshield uprights. You'll see a 10 mil bolt in there that looks pretty well buried among wires and hoses that pass by. Remove the bolts and the knee bolster will usually fall out. Have a magnet handy for when you drop the bolts. It's also held in with spring clips to keep from rattling. You'll see those when you get the thing out and look at the back side. Be sure to get those clips seated when you reassemble or the piece will rattle like crazy. There's a wire to the ash tray light in there too. Usually takes balancing act to get that plugged in while holding everything in place.
The whole process is not that hard once you see how everything fits together.
Good luck.
