Did you ever check the items in the Base Boost FAQ that I gave you a link to last week?
There is always a certain amount of oil going through the induction ducts from the PCV. If you take off the plastic duct that runs from the AMM to the turbo, you'll notice an oil slick on the duct fanning out from the PCV inlet. That's just what they do. If the air filter is really dirty, there is a possibility that some oil can get sucked in past seal on the impeller side of the shaft.
The oil on the aluminum impeller housing is probably from seepage around the boot on the duct from the turbo discharge, especially if the clamp isn't tight.
