Do you have low fuel pressure (need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to determine this).
Does the car not start?
If battery voltage is low, charge the battery. If battery voltage can't be maintained at 13v+ while running (measured at the battery) you've got other problems than a fuel pump, probably a voltage regulator or worn brushes. As a general rule, I replace brushes at around 140K miles..easiest to replace the entire voltage regulator although not as cheap as soldering in new brushes. The last set of brushes I installed came from a BMW dealer, LOL!
All the info you've given is more or less meaningless to a reasoned diagnostic.
