Need opinions - should I be driving this in winter?

My car is an 87 900 turbo convertible with an airflow kit. I purchased it this summer. Prior owner had a very high quality replacement top custom made for it 2 Februarys ago which is still in mint condition.
I sell emergency vehicles for a living, so I drive these type of trucks alot. My "salesman's car" is a 2002 4-door American sedan. So the Saab is my fun car that provides me with a release from the no-fun driving of trucks and a square sedan. It's my 6th Saab.
I was planning on continuing to use it during the winter months and as a ski-mobile to go to the giant ski slopes here in Ohio (that's a joke by the way, as anyone whose done real skiing and then come here will tell you). Here in Ohio like much of the east coast we use massive amounts of road salt and that new liquid anti-ice stuff during the winter months.
My car has no rust and a mint condition top, so am I going to trash the body and/or the top by driving it during the winter? Right now it is stored but I do drive it regularly...in nothing worse than rain though.
Opinions anyone? Thanks.
Brian
