IIRC a vacuum hose does go to from the intake manifold the cc vacuum pump, BUT the cc vacuum pump supplements the engine vacuum when it's needed to maintain appropriate vacuum for actuating the vacuum servo to maintain speed.
You don't want to connect your turbo pressure sensor and boost gauge to the vacuum line that goes to the cc vacuum servo 'cause they'll never, ever see what's going on in the intake manifold if you do that.
