so it starts working OK when it warms up?? If it runss OK once it warms up, check out the coolant temperature sensor. It's screwed into a hole in the intake manifold flange (against the head) between the #2 & #3 runners. I think it's got a blue plastic plug? Maybe it's 'saying' that the engine's already warmed up, so the ECU doesn't do the cold-enrichment like it should?
Codes 12111 & 12112 are kinda nuisance codes. I used to get them all the time. I think the threshold for setting off the error is too tight. 12223 & 12224 are the rich/lean codes that are more important.
Code 12214 is for a bad coolant temperature sensor, but I think it has to be completely open or shorted to trigger that one. If it's 'stuck' reading hot, the ECU probably can't decide that it's bad. Here's the resistances for that...
Cold Engine - 5,800 ohms @ 32F (0C) to 2,600 ohms @ 68F (20C)
Warm Engine - 320 ohms @ 176F (80C) to 180 ohms @ 212F (100C)
