My first thought was that 40mA was too high, just for maintaining the clock. That would only take a couple weeks to substantially drain a battery.
How about lock motors that are sticky? (Since you mentioned the central locking fuse...) Try unplugging the harness from each door - easier than taking off the panel to get the lock motor itself.
Charge the battery good, take off charger for 10 minutes or so. Measure voltage (engine off) then turn on headlights & fans & stuff. That should not drop the voltage more than maybe 1/4v or 1/3v.
