RS,
Hope all's well!
150K is not considered high mileage for the lower engine assembly. From the factory, the B202 block castings are very high Nickel and not prone to wear, the piston rings have a chromium top ring (very hard and durable),and the connecting rod bearings are tri metal which are typically reserved for extreme and/or race use.
If needing to replace these components, make certain that you replace with only factory components (tri-metal bearings, chromium piston rings, etc.) or problems may arise. Running a standard cast iron piston ring (Deves, etc) will limit the service life to only a few K miles, and using a non tri-metal bearing (Federal Mogul, TRW, etc) replacement will certainly have you back to replace the bearings on a yearly basis.
If replacing the piston rings, make certain that you break and glaze on cylinder bores using a flex hone. check the proper gap on all piston rings prior to assembly and make certain that they are staggered correctly.
Use only a standard petroleum 10W 30 or 40wt during the break-in/bedding and factor 3-4K miles for this interim.
Best of luck and regards for the weekend!
