Ok, remove the floor of the trunk, there is a round hatch that you can access the fuel pump from, then you can jump a 12v powersupply to it. If it is intermittant, most likely the culpret would be the feeder pump, as they commonly go bad, and the main pumps are the more reliable of the 2, as if you run the tank low all the time the feeder works harder.
Ok also, does it restart after quitting?
If not immediatly after attempting to start the car, BE CAREFULL, but crack the line at the fuel rail, to see if there is pressure, you will only have to loosen it a little, as there is 50lbs of pressure there, hopefully.
IF YOU HAVE FUEL PRESSURE, then check spark, by pulling a wire at the cap and seeing if it arcs when you crank.....DO THIS BEFORE THE FUEL THING SO YOU DONT START A FIRE< SORRY OUT OF ORDER...
IF YOU HAVE SPARK AND GAS, THEN IT SHOULD RUN
UNLESS the gasoline is contaminated with water, you will find this out when you pull the fuel filter, if there is water in the system there will be alot of water in the fuel filter.
hope this helps.
