"loaded" means the calipers come with pads. "unloaded" means you get the calipers by themselves.
Rotors are pretty cheap (and labor for turning is often expensive) so I think I'd vote for new rortors were I doing the work myself.
I think I'd look at (SAABsite sponsor) eEuroparts for parts pricing rather than ebay. It is really easy to pay too much on ebay for something simply because you have no basis for judging what the price should be. My project cars are MGBs. I frequently see MG stuff selling on ebay for more money than the main MG parts source (Moss Motors) wants for the same thing. OTOH, if the part is $50 and on ebay a well-regarded seller will sell it for $25 and the shipping is correct, then go for it! But do your homework (like you are doing with your posting!<G>)
