you get the voltage regulator. It's not optimal but you can get away with just one for a while. But, if that one lets go, you're SOL and you want to get off the road IMMEDIATELY.
If one of those belts let go, you might want to consider replacing all of the belts, because they might not be in optimal condition. I let one go on a little far and, when it let go, it took out the AC and PS belt (but left one alternator/water pump belt in place. (Yes, I know, I gambled and lost. Never again.)
