I don't think shifter removal is required - console should be able to come up over it, by changing gears if necessary.
Not sure about seatbelt bolts being necessary.
I've seen the carpet split as rear and front, and I've also seen carpet split 3 ways on a '92 hatch (rear, left front, right front).
Insulation/damper pads will probably be 6 pieces - 4 like floor mats, 2 additional ones under rear seat.
I would consider hosing it down good, cleaning with "Resolve" red bottle, rinsing good, and hanging up until thoroughly dry. You could somewhat speed up the drying process with paper towels (2 or 3 flat, stand on them) and a heat gun?
