If you can get it to start with some Seafoam then let it run but keep the revs low. Maybe the Seafoam can help, but it sounds like you have a rather large problem. If you think it will survive a transfusion cocktail, go search the BB for... over 100k??? ... a message about the cocktail procedure for cleaning the guts of the engine is there. I used it in the past on a 4cyl Volvo, and it helped it along for another 10K. Good luck, and let us know what happens good or bad.
