j9j, Just don't start the car for about 12 hours or take them out and let them stand on the workbench for 12 hours. If you let the car stand without starting you can take off the valve cover, lift the cam(s) and push on the lifters with your finger while they are in place. Any lifter that won't push down and spring back up is suspect. You could even do this without lifting the cam(s) but you'll need to roll the engine by hand so that the cam lobe is fully off the lifter that you are checking (and when you find it you'll have to pull the cam anyway). I'm pretty sure that MMO doesn't do that foaming thing. Cheers.
