however only in first gear,
it my be a vac, leak or perhaps your in base boost
for a spg it should go something like this, as in boosting
1st gear -- dog slow a mo-ped or a grandma walking the dog can beat you off the line, now i know you could rev. the rpms up to 3500 and drop the clutch, but bing real not to blow the pinion bearing
2ed gear (shifted at 15 to 20 mph) and now going for a little boost right after the shift is made count 1 mississippi 2 the boost should grab so hard you'll go from 27 to 38 mph in a sec. then after the shift is made to 3rd count 1 mississippi and the boost will take you from 40 to 55 in a sec. ok perhaps 1 and a half sec,s after the shift is made to 4th count 1 the boost will take you from 58 to 75 in 2 sec. after the shift to 5th the boost will take you from 78mph to 120 mph in 4 sec.s
now if your car is no where near these numbers something is wrong
this is very near where a spg stock should be
and happy thanksgiving ev1
give thanks and eat well
